Taking place on Thursday, May 28, this experience brings guests up close with Lumi’s master chefs for a live bluefin tuna carving, followed by an unlimited flow of expertly prepared tuna sushi and nigiri. From otoro and chutoro to akami and specialty preparations, sushi is served continuously throughout the event across interactive stations.

At the center of the experience is the live carving of a 100–150 lb bluefin tuna, offering guests a rare, behind‑the‑scenes look at professional technique, cuts, and craftsmanship — paired with the opportunity to taste each preparation immediately as it’s served.
